Engineering the AI-native era.
Han River is an AI-native engineering company with Korean roots. Named after the river that runs through Seoul and backed by a Korean parent group, we build mainly for Korean enterprises such as Samsung C&T, LS Electric, GS E&C and Hana Tour. Our engineers work with AI agents at every step, from architecture to code to testing, and ship at a pace traditional teams rarely reach. Now we are rewriting how software gets made.
Han River is backed by Korean shareholders, Korean leadership and a Korean parent company. Six institutional investors, from Korea Venture Investment Corp. to Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, have invested in our parent Divii School, and the Siwonschool Group brought it into the group through acquisition. That backing lets us invest in people and AI for the long run.

Discussing Korea–India IT and AI cooperation with Han Seong-sook, now Prime Minister of Korea.
As Minister of SMEs and Startups, Han Seong-sook brought together the Korean founders building in India after the state visit. Divii School was at the table, discussing joint Korea–India venture investment and how to connect the two countries' tech ecosystems. She has since become Prime Minister.
